Waaay back in 2012 DFP produced what may be one of its most theatrical holiday specials before or since! Well, it’s well beyond time to update this classic video to modern, widescreen format and HD! It’s the night before the big holiday and things are hectic at the North Pole! Unfortunately, Cindy Lou, Santa’s newest elf, is still learning the ropes at the workshop and is kind of slowing down the process! When she falls into one of the packaging machines it all gets downright embarrassing for the rookie elf, and then for her direct supervisor!
