When they knock on the door of a house where a Halloween party is going on, they're welcomed in to show off their costumes to the partiers. That's when their host drops a bomb on them: in this township, it turns out there actually IS a law against adults trick or treating! Now they're given a choice: give the party guests a little treat, or explain to the local police why they're breaking the law!
