Amber and Nikki have devised a diaper girl contract. As roommates, they have made a contract to encourage and discipline each other to be better diaper girls. Amber reads the rules and guidelines of the contract as well as the punishments for disobedience.

After the contract is signed the rules go into effect immediately. This means that Nikki and Amber must now take turns diapering each other. They put on their first diapers to celebrate the new contract.
