Emma needs to be taught a lesson about not using the toilet when she is in diaper punishment. She is put into a tight fighting straitjacket and given a large enema with the inflatable nozzle. Retention is the key however, so after the nozzle is a removed it is replaced by an inflatable butt plug. The crotch strap on the straitjacket is then tightened and Emma has a long wait ahead of her before she will be allowed any relief.
