Mia gets arrested for driving without a valid license is taken to jail. Unfortunately, the jail is full and the only cell available is a makeshift cell for temporary holds. Since the makeshift cell has no toilet, Mia is put into a diaper to handle her needs.

A few hours later, she learns why diapers are necessary when nobody comes to take her to a toilet and she soaks the diaper. Even worse is the following morning when she needs to move her bowels and yet again there isn't enough staff to take her to the facilities.
