Picky wakes with a wet pullup, which means she is going to spend the day in diapers. Upon realizing she this, she pretends to be sick to avoid going to school in diapers. So, her temperature is checked with a rectal thermometer. When it reads normal, she is spanked and put into the thickest diaper in on the shelf.
