Rainbow was being naughty and hitting her friends, so Step-Daddy put her in a straitjacket to teach her to keep her hands to herself. She is being stubborn, however, and refuses to apologize. So, Step-Daddy gives her a few well placed swats on her thighs until she agrees to say she is sorry.
