Red is locked in the jail cell for punishmenT. Mia comes in and tells Red that she was sent to give Red a dose of castor oil as part of that punishment. Red knows better than to refuse, so she takes her medicine, completely unaware that Mia is lying. Mia simply wanted to make her punishment worse.

After a few hours, the castor oil kicks in and Red begins to have cramps. Cramps which lead to a serious evacuation of her bowels and a very full diaper.
