Rita has been locked up in jail, with a straitjacket and diaper. After a whole night in the cell, Step-Daddy comes to check on her and finds her diaper quite messy and stinky. He then leaves her in the cell another twelve hours and we watch as she messes her diaper yet again - quite loudly.
