Sammy has been slacking when it comes to getting her chores done in a timely manner. As punishment Step-Daddy has left her in the nursery, diapered and handcuffed, and expects her to clean up the messy room. Step-Daddy has threatened far worse punishment if he returns to the nursery and finds it unclean.
