Star has been given four suppositories and put into a thick disposable diaper. Step-Daddy tells her to hold it for as long as possible, with the promise of being allowed to use the toilet if she holds it for 30 minutes. Unfortunately for Star, she fails to hold much more than five minutes, dropping a massive load into the diaper.

Since she failed to hold it, Step-Daddy insists that she wear the disgusting diaper for some time. It's not a prospect she is looking forward to.
