Star is a bit constipated and the cramps are becoming quite painful. Cici notices how hard her stomach seems to be and insists on giving Star an enema. To make sure she takes the full enema, however, she locks her in the pillory first. After pulling down her diaper, she slides in the nozzle and gives her a full two quart enema. After pulling the diaper back up, Star empties her bowels into the waiting diaper. Now emptied out, her cramps disappear and she feels so much better.
