Star needs a good cleaning out. She hasn't messed her diaper in a while and she is clearly cramping up. Step-Daddy has her lay on the bed before he removes her diaper and inserts the enema nozzle. After she takes the full two quarts, he tapes up her diaper and leaves her to do her business. It takes a little time, but Star makes a huge mess in the clean diaper.
