Stephanie is reading a book in the nursery as she deals with the cramps of an impending movement. She is trying to hold it as long as possible, so she doesn't have to sit in her messy diaper for too long while she waits for her caregiver to get home.

When the time comes, she sets the book aside and rolls onto her back. With minimal effort, she fills the diaper to capacity, leaving a telltale bulge of what just happened. Hopefully her caregiver doesn't get home late...
