Step-Daddy has just finished diapering Terry and Tabitha after their time out and they ask him to finger paint. Before they are allowed to paint, they must first agree to Step-Daddy's conditions in order to make up for their misbehavior.

First, they must wear only their diapers while they paint to avoid a mess. Secondly, Step-Daddy wants to take pictures of the girls while they finger paint for his own personal collection. The two agree and Step-Daddy allows them to finger paint - which leads to the girls playfully painting each other for Step-Daddy's amusement.
