Donna is not feeling so well. Her diarrhea is back in full . As she sits on the toilet, she is completely focused on emptying her bowels and neglects to flush as she fills the toilet to the point of plugging. As her loud, nasty farts echo out of the porcelain toilet, she is lost in her own misery.

After finishing her business, she flushes the toilet and realizes it's beginning to back up. She reaches for the plunger and manages to keep it from overflowing just in time.
