Momm is angry because her beautiful step-daughter, Star, has wet her pants at school. Step-Mommy is embarrassed because her step-daughter will no longer be so popular in school and what will the neighbors think. Star hsa been sent home with a diaper and Step-Mommy puts her in it. She also makes poor Star do her chores in her diaper. Star starts plotting her revenge.
