Shelby doesn't know this but she has been having lots of cable issues lately. Here flux capacitor is not working right and the local guy is doing checks to make sure everyone is ok. Yeah right, there is no such thing as a flux capacitor!! This dude is just trying to take advantage of! Go see if it works :).
