My patient needs intravenous therapy again. We'll have to install the peripheral venous cannula. Unfortunately she has bad veins and the only convenient place for pvc is the back of her hand. Even there the veins are thin and easily damaged, but I will have to take the risk, otherwise I will not be able to carry out the treatment.
