She had just checked her credit card account online and saw that Kat's phone bill payment had been charged to her card! She confronts her step-daughter and is very angry that Kat not only used her credit card without permission but also lied about it! The protesting squirming naughty is put right over step-mom's knee for a hard hand spanking and then made to go get the double leather strap. For the strap Kat has to lie on the bed bare bottom as step-mom mercilessly gives her a hard tanning and then sends her to bed with no phone for the rest of the night.
