While visiting a friend in Washington, Kisa makes a very bad decision and ends up getting arrested and charged with a felony. Kyle finally makes it up to Washington to visit her, and with a house full of other people in the front room, Kyle proceeds to blister this 19 year olds bare bottom with his hand, a strap and a large bamboo bathbrush for her decisions. By the end, she is sobbing, and definitely learns from her actions!
