Based on true story, which happened in St Petersburg in the middle of 1990 this clip shows how one young female, erotic movies maker was mercilessly whipped by police officer, who was interrogated her for names and addresses of her producers by this inhuman sadistic way. Poor girl was very cruelly whipped naked in very degrading position on all fours until her posterior become mess and she was screaming and blubbering uncontrollably.
