Rachel’s boss, Dixie, calls her into her office. Rachel has shown up to work again wearing an inappropriate outfit for the office and to top it off, not adhering to the mandatory pantyhose dress code. Dixie is tired of having to remind Rachel of the dress code so she’s left Dixie no choice other than to punish her. Dixie tosses a pair of pantyhose at Rachel and tells her to get undressed. Rachel doesn’t see why she needs to take her dress off but does as she is told. Once on, Rachel grabs for her clothes but Dixie says throws another pair at Rachel and tells her to put them on as a top. Rachel is confused and doesn’t understand why she’s being made to put pantyhose on as a top but again listens to her boss.
There’s one more thing Dixie has planned that’s going to help Rachel remember to wear her pantyhose. She grabs some rope and begins tying up Rachel’s wrists behind her back. Rachel tells her to stop and doesn’t see how this is helpful and promises that she’ll remember to wear pantyhose. Dixie gags her with a ball gag to shut her up and continues to tie up her legs. Dixie grabs a par of her very well worn panties that she’s saved for the occasion and stuff them in Rachel's mouth. She pulls a stocking cap over her face and wrap her mouth with clear tape. Dixie ties a chest harness and makes Rachel wiggle herself down onto the floor while Dixie watches and giggles at her employee. Eventually Dixie puts Rachel into a tight hogtie and takes the stocking and attaches it to the chest harness. Dixie adds some more tape to the gag and then leaves Rachel in the office to struggle. Surely the dress code policy will adhere this time.
