Reya Fet & Dixie Comet

Headmistress Dixie is pretty sick and tired of bad girl Reya being constantly sent to her office for punishment after acting out in class. She decides that this time maybe a harsher more memorable punishment is in order to keep Reya in line. Perhaps even something... unconventional.
