Dixie is extremely annoyed about being shoeless and tied in this peculiar and unpleasant way to the chair. Her big toe and second toe are tied together on both feet and those are tethered to her hands that are tied behind her back. Her two middle toes on each foot are tied and connected together with a zip tie behind her heels.
