Dixie, a landlord, is cleaning up after having an open house to find new tenants for the apartment while the current dwellers are on vacation. A man carrying a book bag comes into the kitchen from another room asking about the place. Dixie is suspicious but nice until she has to explain how renting an apartment works and that he wouldn't be able to move in that day.
