STORY: One girl gets stuck inside the closet and the other girl is trying to shove her through the hole by her butt, while the girl getting pushed tries to resist. The hands pushing the butt must be very visible. I want the pushing to feel like a constant struggle, and I want the person doing the pushing to come across as giving actual effort.

The girl being pushed will of course offer resistance, and at some points will successfully be able to get her butt up ...

The girl being pushed will be flat on her stomach, and at that point, the girl doing the pushing is shoving down really hard trying to push her with both hands on her ass cheeks.
