After about a minute of this sequence, I want Nicky to say "stop squeezing my butt", and then from that point on, Kylie resumes with pushing Nicky.

At some point, I do want a 30 second or so camera angle that is above Kylie's head pointing directly down at Nicky's butt being pushed.

Don't forget that I want Kylie on her knees while pushing for pretty much the entire video if possible.
