Kylie sees Jenny crossing her ankles in boots on the edge of the sofa. She starts teasing her, then taking off her boots and socks and tickle her small feet. Jenny is moving around her feet, trying to escape tickling, so Kylie decides to use a duct tape and tie up her feet. Kylie can't resist but tickle her feet more and more as Jenny is giggling and laughing and her ticklish feet curling and toes wiggling!
