Miss Kendal has invited her neighbour round. She recently had to punish him due to perving on her jeans and he hasn't stopped.

She thinks he was doing it in the hope she would facesit him again which makes the behaviour even worse.

He seems quite pleased at first; but as soon as Miss Kendal makes it clear she is not messing around he gets nervous.

Despite being considerably smaller and shorter than him she is very intimidating and makes him weak just by staring.
