Behind the scenes at my recent muscle beach photo-shoot during my recent training on the beautiful island of Tenerife. At the end of a hard day's photo-shoot we headed to the beach to get some great sunset and wave shots. Of course, as the sun goes down the Atlantic waves come up and the temperature drops. Great for atmospheric photos but hard slogging for the model (ME!!). I'm trying to glamour pose while getting chilled and battered by the waves. This is hardcore!
