Pinching his skin for another insertion, she smoothly glides the next needle underneath the second, slightly deeper than the first.
Domina Araneae places another two, parallel to the others, and touches them all, counting them for him.

She starts another line, this time she puts them perpendicular to the first needles, running down near his midline. The first needle slides into his flesh easily. The second, in line with the first, making Mike shudder with delight. She inserts the other three, maksing sure they're straight and deep.

The next line she inserts at a slight, tight angle. She then plans for the last grouping of needles.
She starts the insertion, and the second insertion sits slightly underneath the first. The next is placed ontop. The fourth is much deeper, deliciously so.

The fifth and final needle goes into the same grouping, making a star pattern.
Mike is full of endorphines and in subspace. Domina Araneae counts the needles protruding from Mike's chest.

She walks out, leaving Mike to relax.
