During an exam I find a few concerning areas on this patients penis. It requires very intense examination of the entire huge cock. Every inch is checked repeatedly. At one point a penis pump is used to make sure this cock is perfectly erect for the examination. The exam is rough at points and there are latex gloves in use. This slave patient has been strapped down to my exam table and his wrists and ankles restrained. Finally a sperm sample is neccessary to rule out any additonal concerns.
