The boot slave is vulnerable, strapped down with his legs secured apart. Mistress tells him to suck the spiked stiletto heels of her leather boots and worship where they will be kicking his balls. Mistress starts to lightly play with and kick his balls while telling the slave what is going to happen to him. Mistress builds up until the kicks have the slave crying out in pain, and to stifle the slaves moans she simply sits down on his face.
