1. Weronika gets ready to go out.
1a. Larisa arrives Bell rings. Helena goes to the door and opens it. Larisa comes in. Helena welcomes her and kisses her right hand. Larisa asks if Miss Weronika is ready. Helena answers that she is still in bed. Disappointed, she walks to the sofa and sits.

1b. Helena takes off Larisa's pumps Larisa huffs that this is not going to be any faster, better to get the shoes off, so she orders Helena to take off her shoes. Helena kneels before her and takes off her pumps. She does not speak. Larisa says that's better if Helena goes to Weronika's room to remember her their meeting. Once the shoes are off, Helena kisses Larisa's feet to excuse herself, stands, and goes to Weronika's room.

1c. Weronika in bed Weronika is lying in her bed yawning. She is awake. Blankets are not covering her. Helena comes in, welcomes Weronika kissing her right hand. She says that Miss Larisa is waiting for her in the sitting room. Weronika beckons OK. She sits on the bed, yawns:"slippers", pointing a finger to her feet. Helena kneels down and puts the slippers on Weronika's feet.

1d. Helena dresses Weronika. They walk to the sitting room. When Weronika enters, Larisa stands up and humbly kisses her hand. She stands until Weronika sits. Then she sits too. Helena dresses Weronika.

2a Welcome Weronika and Larisa are at the door (not seen). The bell rings impatiently. Helena goes to open the door. The two friends come in. Helena kisses their right hand, before Weronika's, then Larisa's, then prostrates and kisses their feet to welcome them.
