Finally Sarah gets her white slippers.. she puts the slippers on and orders the slave to lick the bottoms. After the bottoms have been cleaned Sarah takes the slippers off and orders the slave to smell and lick the insides. If during the part where the slave is licking the inside of the slippers, if Sarah is able to turn the slippers inside out so the slave can lick and suck more of the dirt and sweat out of the slipper.
