He returned to make her more "comfortable" which resulted in Sofia having her wrists tightly taped behind her back then mummified from ankles to shoulders in tight red duct tape.

The Goon peels one of Sofia's thick stinky still damp white socks off her foot and enjoys making her smell her own "hard work". He laughs and mocks her as he packs her mouth full, completely jacked open with the thick sweaty sock which in turn infuriates Sofia!
