Stella Liberty is extremely vexed because she has caught her inconsiderate neighbor once again stealing her parking spot. Looking magnificent in her full leather chaps, shirt, gloves, boots and motorcycle jacket, she sneaks up behind him, throws him in the trunk of his own BMW, and heads off to her dungeon with bad intentions.

When her neighbor finally awakes, he finds himself bound and naked inside a giant cage in Mistress Stella's lair. A good old fashioned dose of electro stimulation therapy with a heavy duty 100,000 volt stun baton serves to put the fear of Goddess in him, as Stella puts him on "blast" for repeatedly stealing her parking spot. Tied to the bars by his neck tie, he is helpless and completely vulnerable to her high voltage torment.

Once Stella makes it painfully clear that he will never ever park in her spot, she then takes out a wicked leather whip and proceeds to thrash him through the steel bars as he flails around like a fish out of water trying to avoid her strikes. Not content to simply correct his ill fated parking decisions, Mistress Stella decides she will keep his fancy car AND she wants the combination to his home safe.

He tries to resist, but a swift blow to his nipple and he swiftly relinquishes the first set of numbers. A few searing whip strike to his ball sack, and the safe code (and all its contents) now belongs to Stella Liberty. But she's still not done with him yet. Stella continues to relentlessly lash out at him until he finally agrees to be her slave.

In the second half of this video, Mistress Stella Liberty makes her caged captive watch as she torments one of her personal slaves. The neighbor looks on in horror, as Stella whips and canes her helpless slave until he is begging for mercy. Strike after excruciating strike, Stella's whips hit their mark again and again, leaving the slave's back bruised, welted and lacerated. Little does her neighbor know, that he too will soon be one of Stella's personal pets, living a life of slavery and servitude.
