Tilly, was indeed being extra kind to me during this shooting time, as she was instructed to bring her pantyhose down to her ankles, and instead of just leaving them on her legs she also decided to wrap her ankles around them. Almost increasing how they bound her ankles/legs together. With her pantyhose removed I was able to use my fingernails and the pinwheels upon her legs completely.
