This pulls on my neck until I'm, from a sitting position, to stand on my knees.

To me, this is definitely one of the hottest clips I've ever made. Throughout the whole clip I struggle hard to keep my breath. With the neck rope so tight and my balance quickly worsening as I weaken with time. By the end, Lew lays me down on the floor and pulls me up to standing knees from laying on my side. It was really one of the most challenging videos I've done, and I loved every second of it.
