Delicious breakfast that swallows my throat at the end, today's menu includes tamal a typical food of Colombia that takes many ingredients such as chicken, carrot, meat, egg and tamale dough.

Note: delicious breakfast that, I swallow with my mouth wide open, and did not need to chew much as the soft mass of the tamal slides smoothly through my throat facilitating the digesting quickly.
