This video is darker with a red-ish tint but you can still see my tongue in it.

I stick my tongue out and lick my lips in a circular motion and also twist my tongue back and forth as I lick my teeth.

You can see the tonsils in the back of my throat in parts of the video.

My lips look nice and soft and wet from my tongue licking them with my mouth open.
