She gets off the phone and repeats the conversation to Matt. She tells Matt how Suzie was taped from head to toe rolling around her house trying to find something to cut herself free for 2 days. She then covers that with a thick napping bag and then uses another solid layer of duct tape over that. Gina takes off her panties and gags Matt with them, sealing them in with more sticky tape.
