The landlord is just minding his own business and putting down some carpet covers, when The Dutchess comes home in her nice fur coat and spiked heel boots, and starts to talk trash to him and humiliate him. She pulls him by his hair and makes him worship her boots . Then when she comes back out of her apartment and she makes him worship her spiked heel boots right in the hallway . Lucky no other tenents came home.
