Dynamo comes home to find her friend in her room who happens to be wearing her skirt and pantyhose! Shes a little upset at this as she has not given her permission for him to wear them. So to teach this naughty boy his lesson she proceeds to cover him in all sorts imaginable, he gets everything thrown on him and up his skirt to make sure that he has truely learnt a valuable lesson. Not to wear her skirts again!
