I was going to wash my hair before I went to the gym but I figured why not do it after? Unfortunately I still had to comb it out and style it before I go so I took my hair out of the two buns I had it in and began the process. You can see my wincing alot because my hair was pretty tangled after being tied up for the past few days. I alternate between finger detangling and brushing. You can hear my hair snap under the brush as I run it through and spray it with water. At the end there is a giant hairball showing just how much hair I shed in the past few days!
