My period always leaves so bloated and backed up. I had a couple fiber bars for lunch to get some relief and I had to do the #2 shortly after. I pushed and pushed out some stinky big plops into the toilet in Part 1 in this video. But just when I think I was done I had even more plops to push out my ass in Part 2.
