Two detectives are on the trail of a dangerous criminal, and while keeping watch, they accidentally locate the kingpin's mistress. Confident in their lucky break, they decide to take the opportunity to settle the score and subject the criminal and his partner to an intense tickling session as revenge for the many misdeeds they have committed.
