Two mischievous girls have a school ravaged with their constant pranks and antics. No one seems to have a way to stop them, until the College Dean discovers that they are both very ticklish, and decides to tie them up and tickle them until they promise to reform their behavior. The girls can't resist the tickling and laugh non-stop, begging for mercy, but they won't be able to escape until they've learned their lesson.
