A naughty boy is behind on his rent an after a short scolding he is across the land ladies lap for a hard hand spanking, but the message does not appear to be getting through so the slipper is pulled out and then the hairbrush is applied to the naughty boys bottom. In PART 2 the slipper and Hairbrush is given with stinging blows the naughty tenant bucks and twists to get away from the slipper and hairbrush.
